How to increase (fast) the hunting and extracting skills ?

Does it works with the villagers works, or do you have to make activities by yourself ?

Villagers increase their own skills not the players. The player increases their own skills, not theirs. Both add to technology points.

As for increasing it, do activities related to hunting and extracting.

If you are really desperate to increase them fast then you can up skill gain in the customise game settings. That will affect all your skills and the villager skills.

The player's hunting skill points take forever to accumulate because killing a bird and a bear gives the same amount of points.
