I need lots of clay

Anyone know which vendors in which towns sell clay. I only know of one spot outside Gostovia that I can dig up some, but theres just not enough, I upgrading all my houses with daub. I need alot of clay.

There is an Extraction vendor in Hornica (I think in Lesnica as well). He has a pickaxe and a trader icon over his head. And he sells clay. You can ask the other NPCs where to find him too.

Along the river between Rolincia and Tutki there is another large deposit. Just off the road going to Lensica, to the right from the transport in the tree line is another deposit. I think there is a video on U-tube showing clay deposit locations.

Question, if I build a "digging site" and let people collect clay/turf whatever does the distance between building and natural resources matter?

No distance doesn't matter for any building and workers apart from the barn fields and farmers.
