Hoe and sickles for farming and the occasional sheering scissors.
Fishing spears are better made by yourself.
Kitchen only needs to produce a few recipes with meat, fish and what ever your farms are producing. Farms need only need producing what the kitchen needs and some flax.

That was a wish of the Players. they don´t want to wait 10 minutes in reality, when Racimir is making 200 tools.
i find having villagers building tools nice to compensate for usage which normally is not that much daily anyway unless its stone knifes lol.
If so, how many different products/tools are your smiths producing?
If you can set work intensity for example for hammers only to 1%, which are the other 99 products you produce in the smithy?
