As long these new posible features can be deactivated I don't mind. However actacking neighboring villages is a long mile to far. It's against the interest of your king, and he (as far I Know there isn't a queen in the game) will be forced to take action against you. Also think how the other villages will react. They will not trade with you again ever. And trade is a part of the game.
Besides the bandits , the valey is a peacefull place. Thats why there are so many refugees. Racimir was/is a refugee himself. It will be totally against the story if you attacked a village without mayor consequences. In my Holy opinion you should be kicked out of the valey for that.
Bandit-HP/Dmg separated from the animals would be enough for me.
I've already accepted, that there will never be war...... *whispering* in this valley .....
*Cough* DLC *Cough, Cough* 😁
So its not that "easy" as many thinks. "Just have it as a setting".
I so much rather want to see them so things I would like.
As with all. Personal opinion.
If you want to play a medieval warfare game there is already a million of them.
But when everything else is done: Why not a DLC, so Racis great-grandson can conquer back Racis former home-valley? All the "fighting" could take place there. I'm not expecting massive battles. But gathering a few men to conquer and defend NPC-villages in this valley could be fun. I mean, it's the Middle Ages! Sure, there wasn't war all the time. But still it was a brutal period.
Your village expands to the point that Racemir the teenager, is now Racemir the village leader at the ripe old age of 28. Your village, expertly managed, not only produces iron weapons, but you are very profitable with your trading.
Racemir decides village life isn't enough for him, so after [COMPLETING MAIN QUEST] figures he's the big dog in this valley and wipes out or forces the other villages to tithe to his little burgeoning empire.
How many seasons, do you figure, before the king brings in a squadron of fully armored knights and crushes your dreams into so much historical dust?
