Wooden figurines?

Since the addition of new wooden figurines i realize i dont know where to get them. Do i have to finish sambors quest to get them? Im starting a new game and it just iccured to me i never looked lol

tip : if you pick up 1 wooden figurine near sambors hut, and talk to him, he will give you 20 more.
-if you only than pick up the rest, you will have 41.
**if you pick up more before talking to him.. he will only add so many that you have 21 of them (so none if you pick them all up)

after you completed the sambor quest (which start after picking up 1 statue than talking to sambor) you can buy each season more of sambor.. more different types too.

From what I remember he always gives you 20 extra, regardless of how many you already have.

first time I picked all up before talking.. and doing quesr I finished quest with 21 despite to selling any to sweet fenana.
second time I only picked 1, left rest on the ground.. ended also with 21 (but now with 20 more to pickup)

I'm pretty sure I picked them all up every time before talking to Sambor, and he always gave me 20 extra.
