I'm not sure what you're referring to... do you think they just sent the voice lines through google translate? XD
They did use voice actors! For the intro, the cutscenes involving dialogue, the greetings, and some more little tidbits. Until 1.0 dropped none of the dialogue was cut in stone so you can't really voice act something that isn't done yet haha

They might be voice actors, but the audio sounds like an MMO experience. Not immersive. I just turned it all off.
