Seriously Devs, why on earth would you allow me to build a bathtub at the beginning of the game but deny me to craft a simple bucket to fill the tub for a very long time. It is literally the same "technology" only in different sizes.
Bucket crafting and production is now in Workshop I.
HOOORAY. This particular one has bugged me from almost day 1 of playing.
You would think that the fishing building that is sure to be near water could do it but apparently filling buckets is such an advanced task that only the player can do it.
However you can take a bath in any water that comes at least up to your waist (it might need to be deeper I can't remember) and there is nothing that says you have to cook recipes that need buckets of water either.
Having said that though I do agree it should be a task carried out by someone in your village. Perhaps a task for toddlers or gatherers or innkeepers. Anyone other than me is fine.
