Back Door?
So can you put a back door on a house? I've got my house facing a lake, for the view, but all the buildings are behind the house. I thought it would be great to be able to go out the back of the house also so there's no running around the house needed.

I see some options when upgrading, but can't seem to make it happen.

Thanks.

Only one door allowed at this point of the game. Who knows maybe the decorations and house modules update will bring something new in that regard

Should be a trap door on those stilt houses in case of raiders. Even though we don't have raiders. But in case of.

One door only, but you can place it on whatever side of the house you want...

Just ask your wife about the backdoor, and she'll show it to you.

I think the attic/loft is under-utilized ...

Agreed. That said, put a Wall or Window where the original door is, and put the Door where you want it. However, it is going to look awkward n the inside.

Well I need two doors, not one door on the other side. I just want to be able to enter my house from the front or back, just so I don't have to run around the house every time I need to be on the other side. Hopefully a future update will give the option.

Another thing I will note though is the door trap bug (feature). I had Alwin follow me to a village to talk to an archer lady. We got there at night so I ran into the house while Alwin stood outside the door. I talked to her and the quest wanted me to talk to Alwin. BUT, I couldn't get out of the house as Alwin was blocking it. It took me about five minutes of running into the door before enough of me clipped through the door to get the dialog option to talk to Alwin. Back door would have been useful.

Usually the easiest way to solve these issues is pressing ESC and using the "unstuck" feature

I would appreciate that to, a simple Way of beeing able to Change the Entrance, especially on other Buildings.

Example here for me would be, that i placed a Line of Animal Farms. Then when u get Animals, u will realize that they Start Moving Around outside of the "Stables". Behind my Buildings, i got a Nice open Green on Which all the Animals could grass all Day, and i can also Fence it up so it would look nice. But i cant, because the Entrance is facing the Street, and i cant change it. Sure i can Take it all down and turn the building around, but thats inconvenient, and then i also have a Wall facing the Streets, which i dont want to happen. With a easy Switchable Solution for the Entrance, or a Double Entrance for Buildings other then Living Houses, this could be possible.

Maybe we get a change on that someday too
