Report a translation problem
1. Complete the Main Quest Line - Each chapter completed increases your building limit.
2. You don't need a Food Storage to feed people. You can place food directly in the storage chest of the house you have people assigned to. Same with Firewood. The storage buildings are useful when you have many houses to keep stocked.
Do you have the survivalist quest ? I think that one will get you another 4 buildings.
Follow those and a higher building limit is unlocked.
I know which one I would destroy but I've seen this discussion before and naturally everyone has an opinion so you should decide for yourself.
