How do I turn Sharpness effect off?
Hi, I have Sharpness set to 0.5 (I never changed it, so must be the default value), but I do not want this post-processing effect to change the rendered output. If I change it to 0.0 will I turn it off, or will I turn a blur effect on?

You can try it, then adjust it back again.

And how would that help me to determine if no sharpen/blur effect is applied, or a blur effect is applied? In both situations I will see more blur than I have now.

Best ask the developers how it works, but I don't think any blur is added when you turn the sharpness to 0.

In fact, 2 screenshots side by side, 2560x1440 (native res), everything ultra except AA=low, post-processing=high, zoom in 1000%, show what seems like sharpening effect anyway, even when set at 0. I use nVidia GTX, sharpening and scaling OFF. May look different with AMD.

Probably the best way to get the image with the least amount of sharpening is to play at the native resolution of your display, sharpness=0/OFF in game's and GPU's options. However, you are playing something 'in motion', a rapid succession of still images, and the game may 'feel' better for you with a level of sharpening determined by you, trial and error, using your favourite framerate. Personally, I prefer foggy, snowy and rainy days in Medieval Dynasty, and to me, those look better with the sharpness turned to 1. Also, for me, 40FPS is optimal, but it may be different for you and this has an impact on how the game 'feels' on various levels of sharpness.

@abonamente: Thanks. Well the question was intended for the devs, assuming they read this forum. If anyone knows a better way to ask them let me know.
