I guess you spoke to her too early and she asked you to come back after 7pm(there is a clock at the top of the map)
Well, that was almost helpful. The problem is I don't know what that symbol is and there is no index or key for me to look it up. Now if had mouse-over explanations to your symbols I could just do that. But you don't.
So instead of me worrying about symbols I don't know where they would be at or look I have new question: Does she keep giving you the dialog when she's not pregnant and stops when she is?
Because I've actually run the dialog multiple times with her. In fact I did so right before I posted this because I'm perplexed as I still get the same 'let's do it' dialog.
So that might tell clue me in. But some symbol I don't know what it is, it's not explained when it shows up and I don't know where to find it isn't particularly helpful until I luck-into what the heck it means.
Especially when you've made a serious change to the game and I haven't played through all the updates and I'm operating on old knowledge!
All symbols are explained in game though. The ones for buildings is written in words in the status of a building. If a building has a symbol behind it, just go in the building and look at the top to see it's status

I hurried home that night to make sure I was there right at 7 pm, just in case her mood changed. In fact, she was quite...er...enthusiastic!
By the way, you don't just "go to bed". I mean, you have to talk to her, you know?
Next thing I know is it's morning, my wife stands up and turns her back to me. I take it that she didn't enjoy it and I don't remember a thing.
