Is your whole village level 10 across the board with their skills is you current character?
see how many side quests you can do in a season/ year
Admittedly, there is some issue with the open world concept and the limited storage capacities. For instance, I love chopping and mining, but even Resource Storage III isn't enough to cover continued play after you've accomplished all current goals.
Some of the suggestions above make sense, too. Currently, I enjoy trying to spread out my villagers' skill points. This adds the challenge of keeping their mood up as they really don't like being forced to shovel manure when they're an expert hunter and so on.
-but options to do at the end, hm start a new game in a diff location? make diff choices.
example, im on year 6 winter, if i was to start a new game. i would so try to get a horse as soon as possible. There's so much back n forth lol
After that you have propably 500 000+ gold, production chains fully automatized and really thing more to do.
It would be great if we got some true end-game content, like final challenge, maybe some money sink like own castle or so where you would spend tons of resources and plenty of money.
Without is, the only thing to do is further increase your income. The best money sink so far are fruit trees but even in end-game, you should be able to cover 8x8 orchard for each type with relative ease.
Only after you are tasked to chop down the Memorial Tree...
...wiiiith... A HERRING!!
