Good king / Bad king

I have read some post that mentioned your king can be good or bad and doing herald quests can affect your villagers mood depending on the kings reputation. My question is how do I find out if my king is good or bad? I have not gotten any herald quests yet so I don't know anything about my king.

your king's name will be displayed top of the map screen, it will say something along the lines of Edward I the great for example. The great or what ever yours says will show as to whether you have a good, neutral or bad king

ok I think I found it. "Alfons I the lazy" . Just not sure what that means.

Mine is "the Bad", so I don't have to try to work out whether something like "the Fierce" or "the Pious" is meant to be good or bad, and what are we meant to do with someone like Boleslaus the Curly? Beloved by ladies with ringlets and hated by men with straight hair, perhaps.

I have Leon the Strong, reduced taxes and villager mood is doing just fine.

Mine is "Gustaw I the Aggressor" and has been for over 15 years now!
Anyone know how often the kings change as mine isn't changing!!

Lately, for me to start a new game, unless you fail the Herald Quest on purpose. Not taking it, and ignoring it won't change it. If you fail it, maybe it will change. I never tried to fail it yet as it's getting rare to get the quest.

Aggressor can be taken as bad but is there a way of determining good, neutral, or bad kings by titles that are not very self explanatory?

Maybe only when the King dies they change. Which is why you can ask the herold how old the king is.

The king changes upon the reigning king's death. They can reign for long periods, sometimes in excess of 15 years. My latest king's cognomen is 'the Coward', and the Herald quests seem to change a bit for each new king (I'm on number 3, I think).

Ich bin im 18. Jahr und habe heute die 5. Herold Aufgabe erhalten. Mein König ist immer noch Detwin I der kriegerische.

Bin mal gespannt wie lange mein König noch lebt wo der doch so kriegerisch drauf ist. :D
