Hogs mating age?
Finally my male piglet turned 1 yrs old and became a hog, also took some liberties , strolling away towards Gostavia :D The female is a bit younger and still small. At what age can they mate or breed?

As soon as they are adults there's a random chance of offspring each season.

Depends on what kind of animal we're talking about. Chickens breed earlier (I think it's 0.75 years?), some bigger animals need more time to grow up, if I remember correct.
If not, I'm pretty sure Goldi will be happy to enlighten us. :)

One year for pigs, yes, for goats and sheep as well, geese and chickens take less, horses 1.5. It's in the QR-cards and one of the few things that's still correct. xD
Ok, thank's , I really love how well these animals are done here, wanting to have more, cows, sheep, goats, geese but my tech is not high enough yet. It makes the settlement very lively

I'm waiting for a bull. Currently he doesn't have a model yet, but I'm hoping for one with big horns and a nose ring. :D

I can get behind that, a bull would be sick
Looking forward to that "Ferdinand" beast :steamhappy:

Yeah, he kinda needs to be a bit bigger than the cows and I agree: a nose ring would be great. :))
Can't wait what the devs are coming up with in this regard... It took them quite some time to introduce us to bulls, so I expect it to be something really awesome - or they just needed some time to get it working. :)

As a side note, I grew up in a small village long time ago when there were usually a lot of smaller farms spread throughout the village (and before anyone gets any funny ideas: yes, I'm old, but no, I wasn't born in the Middle Ages). However, I distinctly remember that bulls always had to be kept in their own stall because they would go crazy if you herded them together with all the beautiful and enticing cows around them. ;)
I guess there is no way for us to get a special bull pen for our villages, right?
I know that would mean a lot of extra work for the developers, but still I would really love it :))

calling something "sick" means good/awesome in Australia

so basically; "I too would enjoy seeing bulls with horns and noserings, that would be great"

Oh? Well, ok, I didn't know that. See, I am old as hard coal and yet I can still learn something new every day. Thank you for the information. :)
