Horse Breeding
Do horses still breed when they got a saddle on their back? In my old main game, my stare and stallion never mated, so I want to check whether it was bad luck or a saddle.

They do. The chance for a foal is random. For horses it can take a while, but each season change there is a chance. To test it, you could save before the season change and reload if you don't get a foal after.

To be exact: every season there is a chance of:

20% × amount of males in building= %chance per female animale

Edit: 20% is for horses and donkeys, it's 15% for any other animal

If the chance is more per male, how do we know which male got the female pregnant? I'm presuming the babies will follow their Mom
I have not had any Animals yet

Not sure if that matters since horses get colours random and the baby animals aren't linked with their parents. Mean you could sell the parents without losing the babies
