Hello, I have been doing research but I cannot understand how to do things with the bee stuff.

Ok, I thought I saw that we can have beehives, get honey ..etc.
But am I wrong?
And how do we get honey going? I read that I need to plant flowers, but how? where do I get the seeds? no natural flowers around help?
Also, I need to pick the flower and put them near the bees, how?where?

Or have I read everything wrong and it is just a talk about getting bees to produce honey.
i am just all lost and confused

Build the apiary, assign a contractor to it, no questions asked. Honey flows, plausible deniability.

Just place a worker and use the management window to set to 100% and its all you have to do, now you have honey, for now ,that will probably change when the herbalism is updated.

Do I have to have someone take care of them? Can I just do it without peoples help?

You can get Honeycomb from Apiary, no need to plant any tree/plants, the bees come with the building. Racimir cannot produce it without a worker (Beekeeper) don't forget to set up the production value like @Mouse said, otherwise, you can buy it from a tavern vendor. Patch v0.6.0.5
