Jewelry vendor spawn time?

Does anyone know, when the jewelry vendor spawns in Gostovia (or other villages). Or is it just random?

Random, as far as I know, but if you ask NPCs for him, they can point you to where he is.

They say where he appears is random, but the jewelry vendor has been in Hornica in my game for the last 5 years or so. :-) Hasn't shown up anywhere else.

I didn't realize he traveled around, so I was super confused when I change seasons and suddenly there's a vendor in my town. XD

It always sit in my tavern or by the fire. think he lives in my village.

He Goes from village to village with a tavern, to sell his goods no one knows where he may stop he might even stop at your tavern some day if you build it. Around 8:00am he is at the tavern sometimes he shifts to the fire place at night I guess to keep warm.

You can also ask any NPC where you can find him now. This makes it a little easier.
