Why not try to adapt to the game?
I mean, the main purpose of this game is to build - so why restrict players to building only in a few places? Logically it makes sense to allow some freedom with building, because that's what players will want to do.
I dont see how this is a bad response, if the game and engine isn't designed for terrain modification then it is simply that and he stated that. It's like going to a Pizza place that doesn't serve breadsticks. Should they? Yes, but if they don't have the equipment for making breadsticks, there's no point in getting an attitude with them. You got your pizza, and they are adding more toppings to it.
That being said, can anyone save me a lot of time running around the map and point me in the general direction of the large waterfall that is in the beginning of the roadmap video? I think its the same one Goldi said she was building near.
