Does running/working increase your hunger faster?
Does running/working increase your hunger faster?
Also, do mushrooms respawn during a season?
Does harvesting unripe berries in spring cause fewer ripe berries to appear in summer?

Yes to all questions?
Also, when do vendors restock their wares? I bought all the flatbread, and now I can't find any more. I set seasons to last 30 days. Will I have to wait until then for the vendor to sell me any flatbread again?

Am not sure about the mushrooms, but the others are a yes. O boy, are you gonna regret 30 day seasons....

Vendors refresh, not only their wares but also the cash they have, only once per season,
1. Yes, it will reduce your thirst faster than hunger, obviously.
2. It should be during Summer Mushroom can be harvested with Berry (Ripped).
3. Harvesting Unrip Berry in Spring will not make it re-spawn into Berry in Summer.
4. Vendor will reset their inventory every season. Those 30 days will cost you big time.

Default: In game 1 day is equal to 1 month in real life. 4 seasons is 1 year in real life.

30 days, meaning 30x4 = 120 days (months in real life). This gonna feel like forever.
120/12 = 10 years in real life. 40/4 = 10 seasons to wait until vendor reset their inventory.

Reference:
Default: 3 days (1 season)
Yours: 30 days (10 seasons)

Default to have a child 9 months = 3 seasons
Yours to have a child 90 months = 30 seasons.

Default waiting for a child to grow until 18 years old & start to work = 72 seasons excluding pregnancy period.
Yours for a child to grow until 18 years old & start to work = 720 seasons excluding pregnancy period.

Having a child default:
Pregnancy period is 3 seasons + 72 seasons to grow up = 75 seasons to wait until 18 years old.
Mother must wait for 8 seasons until the child turns 2 years old (not working for 2 years).

One of the reason why having more than 3 days is a bad idea. It is called a dynasty for a reason.

So, in summary:
1. Running and working makes you thirsty, but not hungry.
2. The duration of pregnancy is not measured in months, but in seasons.
3. Berries that have been harvested in one season, will not regrow in the next season.
Do I understand correctly?

No. 1, not exactly, hunger will come behind thirst. It still drop, but not as much as thirst.

For no. 2 I think it is hard for you to understand, since you are playing in 30 days and not by default 3 days.

No. 3, yes, that is correct.
