I have a goose pet
Built my first goose house with one goose. Decided that I don't need it, removed the goose and destroyed the building. I kindof thought the goose would cross over the rainbow bridge. Today I saw my goose wandering around the village enjoying her life. That is so cute.

I am aware that when animals need actual food somewhen in the future, my goose would starve. But for now I really enjoy it :)

I hope the goose doesn't wander into a wolf area ... :( ... If you have never witnessed the wolves attack the timid animals, it's not a pretty sight.

In your other thread, I posted the animal problem walking on my fields. I could fence them inside a pen but they seem to have more fun roaming around. I know how far they roam near their house, so I fear you goose might not have a reference point for roaming.

Maybe the goose will roam nearby, maybe not. I would hate to see you lose your goose.

My goose stands on the field, just like your animals. In this playthrough they are all fenced in, except for the sheep. But then I only have two of them yet, and their house is a bit away from the rest of the village.

I trained my pigs to fertilize the field automatically, but they are so slow!

Pigs sitting is just the cutest thing in this game.

Can the worker still acces the building if the surrounding area is fenced around? I don't really want my animals roam around just in case something decides to attack, even though my village is at a predator free spot atm.

Fences don't stop them. Or maybe mine are just a special brand of naughty.

Yes. The worker can't access the building anymore, but they stand next to the fence and you get the resources in your storage.

Thank you, I'll fence them in then. Don't want to lose the pigs, too expensive haha

I have goats and I always find them outside. But when have fences ever stopped them in real life? They do come back into the stable to sleep, though.
