SO...Can you lose at this game??
I have never played Animal Crossing so I dont get the comparison I have seen.

So what exactly is the point??
Is there a goal in mind??
Do I have a protagonist or is it more of a godlike game that you manage everyone equally?

Most important...Can everyone die horribly??

Thanks for any info!

You roleplay Racimir, the hero of this story driven romp through life in the middle ages in a rural valley in central Europe, somewhere in Bohemia/Moravia.
You help to build yourself a thriving settlement and build a legacy for your heirs, by following the storyline quests. There are some survival elements, since you can die from injury or lack of food/water or poison, but the NPC characters are invulnerable to harm.
Here's the Roadmap of what the dev's have planned so far...

The game is in an early alpha stage of development but despite that it is quite playable and enjoyable, without too many bugs, which is promising. So far, I have played for 140+hours and have reached the limits of play for now, and I'm just waiting on the new developments.
Hope that helps ;)

role play is the key.... most people dont role play a role playing game but just shoot through it as fast as they can and see what they can get done.......... then complain that they are getting bored with a VERY EARLY access game.. take your time, think alot, enjoy the things in the game now as if you are the person you are playing. (i mean would you really run around every where you go?) by the way you never beat a Role Playing game, you experience it. But hey its your dime, so whatever you get out of it is your own goal... so the only reason to get bored is on YOU.

You can die if you run into a bear or wolf and don't fight back or run away, but that would be kind of difficult. It's really hard to die. The worst that can happen to your villagers is they decide to leave when they aren't provided with food or firewood.

This is a "sandbox" type of game which means you can set your own rules, or play the game pretty much how you desire. The game is really only limited by your imagination, & the resources or options that the game has.

You can build where or how you want, making changes as you go.

As for "dying horribly", I bet you could go build in one of the areas of the map that has wolves or bears. Might be a challenge to see how long you could survive???
