hey so i started a new game and you know best is to get a waifu fast.... so where are cute girls? i mean ...those in the uriegost village are not that beautyful...

It is a small valley. People are obviously related and therefore can look rather similar, as you might have noticed by now. More and different faces are definitely on the community wishlist. So, this may or may not change at some point.

For now, most people go for Inga, the chicken girl. More because of her farming skill and, let's face it, she is easy to have. In general names, skills and headcanon are what is probably more important than looks at the moment.

Except when you go to my house, I have GoldiRie(2) there to take my money every day. :)
She is a wonderful wife and I go out tomorrow to grab more money.

I'm afraid that this is as serious as it gets. If you don't like those in the starter village, you likely won't find the type of girl you are looking for.

I actually think the player should start the game with an arranged marriage.
It was very common.
An impoverish lord marries the daughter of a merchant.
It would also give another reason for the player to travel to Gostovia.

so you show up in a valley you have never been, without your parents and discover you had an arranged marriage there the whole time? Can't speak for anyone elses player but mine would have avoided that valley for a very good reason :P

You would not discover when you get there.
You go there, because you already know you have a somewhat wealth bride waiting for you.
The good surprise would be that she is young and attractive.
You have an empty title, and she would have some money, enough to help you start the new village.
