Longbow > Recurve any time of the day - and if you get the archery skills (Lock and Load) it's an unstoppable machine of death!
The bows need work, but they want to keep it balanced now.
and i do keep melee weapon handy too for those wolves lol.
Iron arrows with long bow should one shot a deer/wolf/boar if its a head shot
even with the extra hp, bison headshot, it turns, approaches slowly, 1-2 more arrows before it gets close ... (I've not gone looking for a bear since more hp)
Recurve Bow damage reduced from 50 to 45.
Longbow damage increased from 45 to 55.
but you unlock long bow at 500 hunting points for 500 gold
you unlock the recurve bow at 2500 points for 1500 gold.
why would i spent 1500 gold to get a worse bow?
Only if the Longbow and the recurve have the same draw weight.
A 40 pound recurve bow is not more powerfull than a 120 pound war bow
Correct.
