It is easy for people who does not know or new to the game, and might forget as well.
It happen, this way you will learn and gain a level up in real world.
"Here's some food, warm clothes, a bow, a hammer, and you can build wherever." For a survival crafting game, it's currently pretty easy.
I'd like to see a Subnautica type of difficulty setting, where there's:
- Creative Mode
- just food and water need
- food, water, shelter, clothing (and various levels)
- hardcore (permadeath)
- etc
But for those who already professional level, can find this feature is not very challenging. Or pretty much grasp the basic principal of the game, but not everyone in the world does, that is also why it makes it very easy to start with, to teach the basic foundation to play after the game has more evolved, and quest / story quest is the cherry on top, to sweeten the deal to be more immersive in the game and be a lot more to enjoy.
This is so far from my own perspective from my own gameplay.
