Did you upgrade your roofs, or just your walls?

8.6 x 24 = 206.4
Something seems wrong there that you're using 489, 137% more than your per hour value. That's not even accounting for sleeping apparently stopping wood usage during that time.
I have a feeling that you maybe misinterpret something or something is wrong with your houses.
Question:
did you change anything about wood or food in the game settings before you started your game?
Another question:
If you are ok with it, I'd ask you to compress your game save data in an archive, upload it at a filehoster of your choice and give us a link to download it.
I can get it and take a look in your village and see what's going wrong.
This is just an offer, it's up to you.
In management tab its hows 489(8,6), right? That means you have 489 units of wood in your resource storage and your demand is 8,6/h :)
If you don't have, download winrar and install it.
After that, right click on the folder which contains your save data. From the context menu select to create an archive file in the same folder where the folder holding your safe data is located.
If you're ready with that, just go to a filehoster of your choice (there is several of them in the web). If you don't know any, I could suggest the following:
https://gofile.io/uploadFiles
The link leads you directly to the upload section. Just drag and drop your archive file there or click the upload button, navigate to the folder where your archive is located and start the upload procedure.
There will be kind of an simple animation which indicates when the upload will be finished.
After that you'll see a link which you can post for us to download your archive from gofile.io
That's all. :)
I've noticed that you marked another answer solving your problem and I already guessed the same as Bljek™ did.
But nevertheless, judging by your population I still think the demand of wood is pretty high.
So I still would offer to have a look and see, if I can find something going wrong there or maybe I see something which could help you to lower the demand of wood.
If you're ok with it, that is.
