i5-8250U and GeForce 940MX
And Don't have any problem with the game, despite GeForce Experience screaming what my system lower than minimum game requirements.
So does size matters actually or not?
Or what is the question?
I thought it is also the technique that matters? (meaning the graphic settings of course.)
And what about the look and feel? (meaning the decorations of course.)
While it is quite impossible to determine whether f.e. barn is more demanding than house, or whether woodcutter is more demanding than hunter, i dont really care.
Point of this topic is to share our experience, discover potential limits of the game (number of both buildings and villagers) all this considering the hardware used.
My naive idea is to persuade DEVs than building hard limit is pointless and brings nothing good to the game, instead, it limits future developement of the village, creating an artifical end-game where it is not nessessary.
Some like:
+ Size (Amount of workers)
+ Diameter (Amount of Buildings/Production/Houses)
+ Look and feel (Amount of decoration, fences = pathing calculation, etc.)
+ The raw mass (Hardware specs, settings and FPS)
Everything is running fine, and smoothly
I will have more down the road.
What ever the cap is, is fine with me. Really don't have a reason to have several thousand buildings, unless it was online, which would be cool :)
I didn't know than the limit is 130 buildings. It seem tiny. Since you need people working in every building. (Worse when you know than you need a mine in every cave for achievement. And storage in a bunch of villages to avoid running back and forth to complete quest)
And just imagine than you need, at least, two building per production type. You will need also people to work in the building. Where do you put those people since you can just put two people per house ? 130 really seem tiny for me.
I mean, you can't produce everything with only one workshop for example. It's impossible. If your goal in life is to produce every item available in the game with production building, you will need a bunch of them. How do you do that ?
