The maximum coin u can get assuming every vendor has 2k coins in their pocket would be 60k coins from just selling it to every NPC traders, haven't included market stalls you can build which at diplomacy 10 will sell at max 1,150 coins a day w/e item you choose to let it sell.
The products i sell: numbers inside () are barter lvl 3 price
Easy access:
1.) stone knife (0.2kg) 20(32) coins - easy to craft
2.) Wooden vials (0.2kg) 7.5(12) coins- this is hands down the best item u can sell as 1 log = 10 wooden vials = 75(120 with barter) coins.
3.) Gruel/porridge (0.2kg) 15(24) coins- on spring / autumn tho ud burn more log for this but if you don't mind having more variety of things to sell.
4.) potage (0.7kg) 25(40) coins - if you got alot of free fields to plant this you can even sell the surplus seed with you and it will fetch a good price. This requires a hunting lodge with hunters supplying you meat.
5.) Quark (0.2kg) 25(40) coins - if you got your goat / cow farm
Technology locked:
6.) iron knife (0.7kg) 150 (240) coins) - spend your surplus iron on this
7.) Mead (0.4kg) 140(224) coins - needs apairy, weight efficient
8.) Fruit wines - same as above but you need a working orchard
Tips:
1.) Get a horse.
2.) Equip the best bags - if you didn't remove weight on game.
3.) Put Resource storage near towns like Gostovia / hornica / Lesnica as this towns has more than 3 vendors so you can restock faster. I have a storage near the lake south of denica myself.
4.) Build alot of market stall.
+ linen for extra production (and linen shirt for best craftman leveling).
Build a market stall and let your vendor sell it gradually over the year. You don't need to run around and strip all vendors bankrupt out there, and you have a continous income.
You can set the selling rate according to the amount you get from your fields to make sure that there's enough left for planting new fields in spring.
