"More variety in faces" is on the wishlist. Personally, beards and scars is what I would love to see more. I think Sambor turned out nicely.

Will there be injured NPC with eye patch or walking stick? Every NPC look so healthy in the game.

My dude can section a standing maple into a log pile with 5 swings of an axe. Then remove the stump with a tap of a shovel. He doesnt even need bridges.... just walks through the lake. IN WINTER! These ugly village broads should be throwing petals beneath his feet when he walks into the village carrying 25 logs, 521 sticks, 7 dead deer and a bucket! Damn!

So many things need tweaking:
Why is it so complicated for Raci to get his harem settlement sporting average looking women? (Settlement Buildings limitation mod)
Why is there a limit to one child for Raci, he is going without "getting it on" for years, contraception isn't a thing. (Big family mod)
Why can't I send the children in the mines or help on farm (childlabour mod)

And most of all:
Sex change mod so we can experience medieval childbirth, stillborn and the risk of pregnancies as the main char!

Actually the NPCs here do look way too good; white teeth, no dirt, no injuries and diseases, those are some real lucky peasants who can live more than 30 years.

But yeah, more variety would be nice either way, but this should be left to modding. Let the devs work on the core and simply leave the 'look' to the community (modders). It has always been a win/win situation when done with respect.

For me faces are ok. They are more natural than typical beauty in media, with tons of makeup/photoshop. It's like when you stop eating fast foods. You will be able to appreciate food that is real and more healthy. I can say this because I have given up eating junk food. Now even natural white cheese is delicious and salt is not main course.

Yeah finding a wife is a chore if nothing more, most all look like they have Mrs. Piggy somewhere in their bloodline, while the one pictured in the background of this discussion I'd say is actually pretty, everything ingame is average at best.
