Change wifes clothes

Is there anyway to influence what your wife wears. For instance I really want a blonde wife that does not wear a hat. I have a few women in my village that im interested in but the ones I like most are wearing hats. Developers if this is not an option can we please look at making it one!!!

+1 would like to see all villagers tweak their own clothing based on job, seasons, and what’s in storage but being able to give them something and say “here try this” should force a certain item.

Villagers change their clothes seasonally, and have a few outfits to pick from, so the lady you are interested in may not be wearing that hat in a few days. Unfortunately, there is no way to control what they chose to wear.
