Villagers refusing to talk to me

Can they do that? I screenshotted it. One of the villager was sitting down so i went to chat with her and it said she didn't want to speak to me…what is happening? 😂

Are you very dirty? Check the status under the paperdoll in the inventory menu. You can wash off by wading into the lake and ducking down.

I have to check the picture. I didnt think so. This game is driving me crazy. My workers just dont do a damn thing..not my smithys anyway. And is EVERY NPC. only level 3 at hunting or extraction. I am FORCED to use level 2 crafters because nobody in the villages is higher than that. AND THEY SUCK! i still make all the tools myself and i have two damn smithy workers

Sounds to me like you aren't setting their workload correctly in the second tab of Building management.

I dont think so. I've dumbed it down for them and made it more basic but still nothing. Its possible I will get better results if I keep arranging management but doing that wastes a LOT of in game time. 15 minutes in manager is like hours in game. I will certainly give it a shot though. At this point, all tips help :)

Ingame time is paused when you're in the menu though.
There is a blue bar on each product in the management tab that shows.
Just make a screenshot play a minute and screenshot it again. Unless you have set the production to a very low value you should see a difference in the screnshots in the blue bar progression.

Found your screenshot.
It was late at night and villagers wont talk to you when they are supposed to be asleep.
She should have been in a bed, but there might not have been a available bed nearby for her to lay down on.
Go back in the morning and she'll be chatty as ever.

cool. she eventually went into her house :) I will try to talk to her again and see what happens lol
