Where do i find clay?

Im building on the east side of the Lake east of Hornica. its good so far, good access to dear, bears, Wison and other animals. plenty of stone, a mine nearby and close to a good sized village. but i cant find clay, i dont even know what it looks like to be honest, so i dont even know if its nearby. im situated beside a lake, and near several rivers. should i be looking there?

Check your map to find the marshes between Baranica and Sambor's cabin. There are some clay pits just to the east of those marshes.
