Thats enough for 13 villager in the worst insulation houses. If you build the walls with stone and the roof with plank its enough for ~30 villager.
roasted meat has a bad nutrion per work benefit. I make soups with cabagge, or just raw cabagge. Its easy enough for ~20 with a 3skilled chief
Bowls and plates are reusable (each use removes 10% durability). Make a batch and throw it in the resource storage, then check occasionally and add more if you are running low. It's not worth assigning bowl-making to your workers, since you need to do it so rarely.
