about "work intensity"
I don't want to change the work intensity of all factories every year!!!

It is very unreasonable. It should automatically switch four schemes according to the four seasons. The same is true for farmland,

And the initial value of work intensity should be 100% instead of 0%. I set the log to 10% and Set other to 0%, then it should be 100% intensity to cut trees!!!

I don't understand your first point. The only building that has jobs that are restricted to a certain season is the herbalist hut. What others are you changing?

The initial intensity of all tasks has to be less than 100%, because the sum has to be 100%. If you have cutting planks at 10% and firewood/sticks at 0%, then logs cannot be more than 90%.

I'm sensing some translation issues. They are complaining about having to tweak the production settings based on the season and would like to be able to have presets that they can have set for each season. This is actually a good idea. I have a spreadsheet that I keep to record my production settings and to manage what fields have which settings for each season. If would be great to have this in game instead of keeping notes.

What settings are you changing? Firewood production maybe? Personally, I deal with that by setting firewood so that I run a slight surplus spring through fall, which gets spent down in winter. I guess you could save a bit of storage space during the rest of the year by raising production specifically during winter, but it doesn't seem worth it....

Fields are set-it-and-forget-it; your farmers will plant whatever you specified in management in whichever seasons are appropriate for that crop. Not sure what you need to change?

You can plant oats from spring to autumn. After harvest in autumn, replace it with rye, so that a field can be harvested twice a year

You're right. Only herbalist hut cottages in the factory can adopt the four seasons scheme.
About initial intensity. You don't understand what I mean. After playing for a long time, you will find a problem. I want to change the production from axe to knife. I must change the 100% axe to 0%, and then change the production of knife to 100%. If the Global 100% setting is adopted, when I set the knife production efficiency to 10% or even 1%, he will do it according to the 100% efficiency
(I'm sorry to use translation)

Intensity should be like sliders in Game Dev Tycoon, if you increase one slider, others should automatically decrease so the total is always 100%. Also, the default intensity when you make a new buildings should be 100% right away (distributed evenly between unlocked items), so that workers arent idling by default. I've played for hours with villagers doing nothing before someone on discord told me about the intensity settings

I just make 8 fields and never change the crop type. Seems to works for me, but I may be missing something. Adding an option on game creation to automatically manage workers based on needs wouldn't be a bad thing for those that don't want to deal with it. I somehow think that would be pretty hard to implement though but I'm not a game designer. Managing workers and needs is a huge part of this game I'd be upset if they nerfed it down without giving us an option.
