Hello. NPC Adelina in Gostovia sells wheat seeds. Other towns sells them too, just not sure which and whom at the moment. But she sells them.

There is only wheat grain for sail.

Yeah, that is it. I imagine the rye grain is plantable as well. The village to the west (an early quest will send you there) has cabbage and beets. I'm still looking for Flax seed.

You can thrash it in a barn or go to Denica, i think the lady there has seeds

Flax seeds in Denica

The wheat grain itself is the seed.

Didn't find seeds in Denica, unless there is another merchant besides Dagobert (he has cabbage & beets). I was out of water so I had to leave, will check again next trip. I know neither the flax nor flax stalk can be planted.
