yeah, but did they buy assets for KCD or did they make their own?
I know ark sold out to others to use their assets/engine.
Can't really say whether they bought the assets or made them, there's no real difference if both are made by people that know what they're doing, although bought assets tend to be of lower quality and look out of place at times.
Also when making a realistic medieval game, there are only so many ways things can look. I haven't played KCD in a long time, but I wouldn't be surprised if they do look similar.
That's not the KCD engine. Some people here needs a Eye surgery!
