I can confirm this issue. Neither the simple Bag nor the Bag made of cloth recognizes the Fertilizer in my Inventory.

You cannot fertilize the fields with the fertilzier and bag

you have to make fertilizer with manure. 2xmanure => 1 fertilizer.
It works perfectly for me, with any bag

Bag does not connect with fertilizer.

To still use "fertilizer": Go to the barn and the workbench, there you can turn the "fertilizer" into "fertilizer", so everything belongs as before. All dealers only sell "fertilizer" instead of "fertilizer". Help must be up to the hotfix for the German version.
