Palisades and fences

We need some better construction options on palisades and fences. Right now a corner look like this.

We should be able to start from where it ends or at least not exit the building mode and make a corner.

Dude, you can make them way closer to the point of them joining already. No offense but that picture is laughable.

Either way, I agree it should be able to snap to the end of existing fences.

I assume you are fully building one section, then trying to build the other. Plan them all out with the sticks before actually building them, see how that goes.

How ? If I right click it exit the build mode. I cannot change the angle

create the first section with stick, exit build mode. Start a new section of fence, the current stick will be able to line up right next to the old one.

making turns or line up more than just 1 line of wall, fences or roads would be great.

what would be great is to have gates that open and close so that you could pen animals and stop them wondering around

i dont like... if i want to destroy a piece of a fence - that it is only possible to destroy
the whole line, i built.

yes snapping should be a thing but remember its alpha. but the building system for fences really does need a rework. needs curves and stuff.

agreed and we should get resources back for destroying as well. maybe not full refund but some sort of partial recycling.
