The only way you could technically teleport that I know of would be at the end of season.

Anywhere you camp on the final night you will wake up in your house. I use that to my advantage and make for the far away villages late in the final day, then just sleep outside and wake up at home.

Some players use function Unstuck via Esc. Since it teleports you to the same place, they just put their village over there. It could be considered cheating though...

only thing i know is that you can press unstuck in ESC menu

You can also use the Unstuck option in the main menu to return to the starting location just above the main village. Bit cheesy but saves a lot of walking to and fro!

Until horses are added I have no issue using the unstuck feature in a single player game. I am one of those players that built close to it and I love it! You can all have the realistic fun of running both ways to and fro. Doesn't hurt my game at all.

That puts you at the starting location.. Whether or not that benifits you depends on where you are and where you are going.

Smack dab in the middle of the map. Town is built in a nice spot wiithin one sprint distance, Storage shed built right on the spawn point so no lugging heavy items all the way back to base. Sounds good enough for me. We all have our favorite spots to build I'm just saying what I like about where I am.

That is a good plan for the long term.. And it would make unstuck outstanding (though it is a bit cheaty though :D).

I am thinking about starting a new playthrough because of the new dynasty points patch.. Middle of the map sounds like a plan.

I'm not a big fan of the end of season move, but there may be some technical reason for it such as they way the world respawns from what I've heard. Either way it isn't a huge deal. Once you are aware it will happen, could even be taken advantage of if you plan for it.

Absolutely, I am in need of both food and water at rollover time :)

Until transportation (horses/carts/wagons) are added I have no issue at all with using unstuck as a feature. I will start a new game when those are added and not use unstuck unless I am stuck. You want to call it cheaty by all means go ahead. I call it using what is available in game until features are added to compensate for the need. lol

Addition - I am on my 3rd play. this last was to the new DP system. first one was training.

Cool, thank you, well my village is situated like 400-500 m from unstuck tp so not so bad. It can come in handy I think, especially when going to that central cave.
