Well as far as I know I don't think there's a legit way to actually obtain these costumes on pc. Other gust games have similar situations with costume dlc being in the game files but impossible to access unless you edit the game files or use cheat engine.

There's no entries for the dlc in the db either so its pretty obvious how people on pc are using them.

Since the patch the old table hasnt worked for me atleast. Not sure if they made a new cheat table to fix that problem.

Well for costumes atleast, shrug. Thats all I used it for myself so no idea if the rest was affected.

Its quite easy. All you have to do is unpack the files and replace the models. Head over to lovers lab forum for the details, cuz steam snowflakes are everywhere here.
