This game is way too challenging if you rather play some casual hack and slash kind of game.
You are not only just managing people, but also rations, morale, and many aspect to survive.

If you want to challenge your management skill or even want to learn, this game target audience probably is you.

As for me, it took me many tries until the help finally come.
This game a bit similar with "This war of mine" .
It has dark story, too much writing kind of game, and the whole gameplay is just point and click.
I'm not 100% recommending this game, but you do you.

Overall:
If most of your game are playstation studio kind of games, avoid this game.
You are not ready.
