Stuck on Piano Puzzle

I dont know if it's my ears, but I somehow can't match the notes correctly. I've tried every key/note from the second note on, and things just arent matching. Sidenote: Hitting a black key without engaging the white keys around it is way more difficult than it should be....

Volume issues with cellphone and trapped guy in the TV

When using the cellphone to call for a hint, or when listening to the guy trapped in the TV, I found the volume to be very low. Other effects and sounds in the game were fine. If I used steamvr to turn the volume up to maximum, I could only just hear the phone hint guy, and if I left the volume there, everything else was deafening. Also the sound didn't come from the phone model - if you hold it closer, it doesn't get any louder. ...
