Places to grind stat up cards?

That's Justice, Strength, Hanged Man, Chariot, and Fortune Arcana in Shuffle Time. Does any dungeon spawn these more often than others? Trying to get a Yosh*tsune with 99 in everything.

Best luck i've had was shuffle time while xp grinding golden hands. That + Godly robe (+10 all stats) gave me a 99 Yoshi very fast.

I don't think there's any specific way. I got a all 99 black frost just breezing through the game.

I managed to get a Lv99 Slime on the Vita game by just running around the endgame dungeons. The damage of his attacks was never that great though, so I always had to use better demons and tag him in before the battle was over.

im honestly curious, what point of getting that persona 99 of all stats if he oneshots everything outright after he gets that broken ability even on last difficulty anyway.

Mostly just for the superboss, and 99 endurance dramatically reduces all damage taken regardless of the Persona.
