Yeah dude you are right, was following guide and made small mistake that lead to total disaster, now im trying to get on track :(
I see, now i understand why. I forgot i didnt bring strength persona when establishing strength arcana. Thx dude btw
Yeah, exactly that.
I try to tell new players to ignore all the guides they find when they play the game for the first time.
It takes the fun out of the experience and they can also be very frustrating. You have to have your nose buried in the guide constantly, and one mistake can cost you maxing out all your Social Links, though there is significant leeway for cleanup in P4G, you can still make it impossible depending on how big of a mistake you make.
I sometimes wonder about the people who complain about how boring and monotonous the game is. Are they new players who thought they needed to run the game efficiently and quickly, used a day-to-day guide, and suddenly found the game not so enjoyable? Like well no duh, being told what to do on a constant basis, not exploring or experimenting for yourself tends to lead to a negative experience your first time.
Hell, I played through the game like 6 times at this point and tried to go for 100% guide for this release and gave up in May because it just was not fun. It makes you feel more like you are copying a math homework off of someone rather than playing the game.
