Quest 03: Acquire Mori Ranmaru Shochu
I can't get this quest to start. I talk to the NPC in the Flood Plain, but nothing happens. Anyone else have this issue?

Does the quest show up in QUEST from the main menu? Is the "bubble" over the NPC's head blue or grey?

Others have reported the same issue. I havent seen anyone mention a fix yet, tho.

The bubble is over their head with the blue markings. However, unlike all the other quest givers, he does not speak to me. When I use the Action Button on the NPC, nothing happens.
