Is this game Voice acted or Text ?
Is the gameplay part of the game voice acted or just cutsceans only ?

Unfortunately, sound is missing for some users. There's a workaround for Bootcamp/Mac but not PC at present. If you are on PC make sure the P4G install location is on your C drive. Some have had success with that.

A bit of both. Story scenes are fully voiced, but side content is mostly quiet.

I am Only 20 minutes into this game and it seems it is only cutsceans that are voice acted Is this the way its meant to work or is my game bugged

A lot of side content isnt voiced. Thats not a sound issue unfortunately.

Most of the game has voice acting. Pretty much it's just random NPC's and most of social links that don't have voice acting.
