Micro stuttering issues
I haven't had any issues with the cutscenes like most people, and the game plays really smooth on my end, 60 fps capped on 1080p, bUT, I have a really annoying problem, where sometimes the game hangs a bit when performing an action in battle that involves loading a new animation (ie; using a skill/item or triggering an all out attack) with the usual occurence of also having the audio stutter a tad, and it's starting to get to me cause it takes me out of what should be an absolutely smooth as butter experience, does anyone have any ideas?

Do you also have freeze/stutter when you load the game and when you press to skip the intro it freezes on that screen for few secs, same when you want to make a save or open up load saves menu?

If I do I don't really notice cause I just mash through that menu without even looking, but I'll keep you posted

The lag before an all-out-attack seems to happen for everyone, so unlikely theyll fix that. Its probably a kink in the code that was there in the original versions too(?)

Have you enabled Steam's FPS counter? I'd recommend to enable it and observe the FPS when you notice stutter. Here are my observations so far:

- When loading a new location, scene or even entering menu, if the FPS dips momentarily to the thirties, the game locks the FPS to 30 FPS down from 60. This is with VSync on.
- 30 FPS feels a bit stuttery in comparison to the smooth 60 FPS, and may be the result of the behaviour mentioned.
- A trick to revert to 60 FPS that sometimes works for me is to alt+tab out for a few seconds, then returning to the game. Or the game sometimes automatically reverts to 60 FPS after a while.

If the FPS drop from 60 to 30 fixed keeps happening, dropping the render scale by a notch fixes the issue.

Edit: I've not tested this behaviour in battles yet, so not sure if anything like this is going on there.

Got the same issue, game runs smoothly 99% of the time but it will very occasionally hang for 1 sec or something. Noticed it both in battle and while exploring.

weirdly I get no fps drops, it's like a litteral stutter, think, ps2 when the disc is scratched, so it hangs a bit before animations, and I can't turn off vsync, sadly, cause playing in a laptop means nvidia can't take care of it by itself, unless I play in Borderless, and when I do, tHEN, the fps drops
