I'd suggest going for physical attacks with high critical rates (if you're facing multiple Wealth Hands at once, physical attacks that hit multiple targets help)
In order to trigger all out attacks you need to have all enemies downed, which happens if they get hit in their weak point or get hit by a crit.
Wealth Hands dont have a weak point so the only way to use an all-out attack on them would be by critting them. That isnt going to happen much early on, so your best bet is to use -def debuff and just hit it lots.
- Rakunda one hand
- Sukukaja on your stronger physical attacker
- Let the hand hitting commence
- Pray it does not escape before you kill it
In future dungeons, I have Chie increase everyone's critical rate, lower their defense, and just hit them with physical attacks.
I'd say, don't bother with them until you get your first persona with Megido - which I think earliest around level 40 with Thoth. Or alternatively you can get lucky with shuffle time and get megido spell.
Farming wealth hand is fun.
