Evening meet ups with Yosuke and Chie?

On 4/19 when using the network feature, I noticed that people were spending time with Yosuke in the evening. So I went out and couldn't find him. I looked up where he was meant to be and he wasn't there. Exactly the same thing happened on 4/20 with Chie and again, I couldn't find her. Anyone have info on this? Is there certain conditions to be met for this to happen?

Night meet-ups take place mainly in the shopping district. If they aren't there then you should be able to progress their social links during the day. The night meet-ups are just to get some free items and points toward their next SL rank and not to take it to the next rank. That's what daytime is for.

Actually, nope, I haven't. Maybe that's it.

Yosuki was there for me during the night, but I didnt talk to him then. So saving Yukiko isnt required. In Chie's case it probably is tho. Her normal S-link options arent available either if you havent saved Yukiko yet.
