Classic you might be able to cobble something together akin to a Necro. Not entirely sure as I've only played Rogue so far lol...
First off there are the personality flag system. So you can make everyone a jerk, but giving everyone a similar personalities will have them try to force someone to say mismatching lines to continue the story. So everyone can be evil, but the story takes priority.
Other then that there are some options to push characters to be more evil, but all these options require at least one DLC. Chromatic dragons in D&D tend to at best be jerks so much so it wouldn't surprise anyone if their descendents had the same bad mannerisms. Blacks tend to be lazy, stupid just don't tell them that, and violent making a great base for an evil barbarian. Blues being intelligent, but impulsive are a decent base for an evil sorcerer. Greens usually having an intrigue focused mentality who are very fond of using others so would be great for a Dragonborn bard, ranger, or rogue... it helps that Greens tend to like forests. Sorcerers also have an archtype to use the spirit haunting them against their enemies. One of the beings a Warlock can chose to have a pact with is a Fiend which in case you don't know is a high class demon.
Then there are neutral options that you can twist to being evil. Like a cleric serving Misaye with the Mischief focus. A druid from the circle of balance who believes their is too much good in the world. You can say ether party of the Warlock's The Hive patron has nefarious purposes.
Also it is worth noting that Pathfinder specifically "home brewed" their necromancer in their second game due to the request for it in the first.
Wizards have the School of Necromancy "subclass" which is exactly what it sounds like.
There are also Death Domain and Grave Domain Clerics, Circle of Spores Druids, and Shadow Magic Sorcerers which are getting a little bit further from the classic necromancer type but deal heavily with death and necrotic magic.
Unfortunately, none of these are SRD so Solasta's chances of getting them are nill. I think the closest Solasta will get towards a Necromancer class would be Haunted Soul Sorcerer and Oblivion Clerics.
A subclass of Wizard...
