That is your opinion. Isn't PF2 just 4e modified? I thought you guys left for pathfinder to get away from 4e and yet you guys just embraced it.
Also there are tons of character customizations in 5e but if you never played it then you will never know.
Dude I've played all four systems. I also have a friend that refuses to play any other system but 4e. When they took a look at PF2 and they got thrilled about it all while screaming it was 4e but better & completely switched over. The same developer that made 4e also worked on PF2. So yeah PF2 = D&D 4e. They even have the same WoW feel to it.
making a D&D game turns more heads then a PF one, even if i'd personally say kingmaker is better, especially when you consider how moddable it is
Solasta only used the 5e SRD. Which gives you mechanics but you have to create the folklore, mythology and story.
we had Neverwinter nights the MMO based on 4E (Which i think is far better then 5E im with you 5E is trash)
and PF2 dos not = D&D 4E ... lolz
